Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to agreed-upon payment and cancellation terms discussed during intake. Who We Are
Bites & Bits is a multi-service brand led by values of integrity and excellence. We provide strategic support across four core pillars: personal mastery coaching, mobile notary services, wedding officiating, and travel strategy planning.
Scope of Services
Our life coaching services focus on the E³ Ethos Method™ to evaluate and empower your growth. Notary services are performed according to Tennessee state commissioning rules. Wedding officiating includes custom ceremony design and legal filing. Travel services provide strategic itineraries and logistics support; we are planners, not direct travel agencies or insurers.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information and engage in the process with respect and honesty. For notary services, you must provide valid, government-issued identification. For coaching, your results depend on your commitment and implementation of strategies discussed.
Payments and Cancellations
Fees for services are due according to the schedule provided during your initial discovery call or booking. We require 24-hour notice for coaching and notary session cancellations. Deposits for wedding officiating and advanced travel planning are non-refundable to account for the strategic time already invested in your project.
No Legal or Medical Guarantees
Dr. Erica Tate is a TN Commissioned Notary, not an attorney, and does not provide legal advice. Coaching and strategy calls are for educational and inspirational purposes. We do not provide medical or financial guarantees; all decisions made by the client following our sessions are the client's sole responsibility.
